Starting January 9, at 7:30 p.m., Télé-Québec will broadcast Déficit zéro, an informative and entertaining magazine that meets with people who want to improve the quality of their lives by gaining control over their personal finances. Every week, well-known business journalist René Vézina coaches the participants through the process of solving a financial dilemma. He helps them define their needs, then, with expert advice, implement solutions.
These periodic windows on participants’ lives over the course of the year make TV viewers witnesses of an adventure whose outcome may really surprise them!
Segments with experts are shot and included in the show to cover topics that complement the human experience that is the cornerstone of Déficit zéro. This means that each show takes an in-depth look at an issue of interest to a large audience. Whether it’s buying your first home, the problem of spiralling debt, using credit cards or teaching your kids the true value of money, many issues can be addressed that affect all of us different degrees.
René Vézina hosts Déficit zéro to advise and assist Quebecers by showing them that they can be smart about managing their personal finances without diminishing their quality of life.
