Pilot project angers citizens

Snow removal on Pointe Claire streets costs the city between $2-3 million a year – an expense the mayor is looking to decrease by prohibiting parking on one side of the street during winter. This measure affects 16 streets in Pointe Claire, and concerned citizens are strongly opposed.
