West Island Againstr Crusade is getting ready to host their 17th annual gala at the Macdonald Campus' Ballroom in Ste. Anne de Bellevue.
Looking for a night of good food, entertainment, and worthy causes? Look no further than WICAC’s 17th annual gala this Saturday in Ste. Anne de Bellevue.
“It’s going to be a really fun evening. We have music, food, and everybody comes out and really enjoys these types of evenings. You’re helping a local cancer endeavor,” said Lorraine Sims, president of WICAC.
The night will feature musical guests Craig Morrison and Vintage Wine and soloist Paul Belley. Comedian David Acer will also grace the stage with his latest standup material. Tickets for the dinner and the show cost $55 a person.
All proceeds will benefit NOVA West Island, West Island Palliative Care Centre, and the Canadian Cancer Society.
The gala will be held Oct. 26, at 6 p.m. in the Ballroom at Macdonald Campus, located at 21 111 Lakeshore Rd, Ste. Anne de Bellevue. For further information, or to reserve your tickets, contact the gala hotline at 514-244-5918 or visit www.wicac.ca.
According to Sims, WICAC has donated more than $550,000 to the palliative care centre and Nova West Island, combined.
