Y-Pod is a program that is offered for youth between the ages of 10 and 12 who can benefit from preparing for the transition into High School.

The program runs in a group setting and teaches them how to get ready for High School as well as helping them develop their social skills. There will be discussions on certain topics such as peer pressure, intimidation, drugs, conflict resolution, and team building. We also offer different activities such as various sports, swimming and playing board games. Come join us on Fridays, from 4-6pm at the West Island YMCA. It’s free but you must register.
