On behalf of hundreds, if not thousands of West Island bicyclists, I wish to congratulate Ste. Anne de Bellevue administration for creating an excellent new bike path which runs east from Des Anciens Combattants Boulevard over Highway 40 and continues toward Morgan Road. It is not quite finished yet but the installation is progressing well and the hill near the eco museum has even been lowered and now presents an interesting rock face which adds visual interest. There are benches equipped with bicycle racks to rest at, new pavement, and safety gates at intersections as the path meanders under tall trees and winds its way along beside corn fields. A job well thought out and well executed. Congratulations!
