Anthony DeLucas, pastry chef at the Patisserie Ile-Bizard, took 2nd place at the Salon Passion Chocolat 2008 at the Palais des Congres in Montreal in November 2008 with his innovative chocolate design that he designed especially for the competition. The theme of the competition was Haute Couture. He was awarded the young Pastry Chef of the year in Montreal as a result of his incredible knowledge and skill as a pastry chef.
To construct his haute couture design, he worked every afternoon for more than a month. Anthony is a passionate young man who puts his heart into his work.
