"At other garages, it's first-come, first-served, which puts certain clients at a disadvantage," he said, adding that "in other garages, clients have to show up on-site because the garage's voice-mail box is full. At some of these places, there's a line of 50 peope, first thing in the morning."
As far as his staff goes, the average age of Naggar's employees is 45 years old – much more experienced than competing garages. A good example is Harold Carr, who will celebrate his 37th year in Goodyear Canada's employee. Carr was described in a 2007 Cités Nouvelles story as an "honest, loyal, conscientious and punctual employee." The 68-year-old Carr is still as vital and valuable to the company as ever.
