Corruption erodes the fabric of society and hinders economic growth and good governance. It worsens poverty, contributes to instability and pushes fragile countries toward state failure. Unchecked, corruption leaves little room for democracy to flourish, freedom to expand or justice to prevail.
In 2007, the RCMP’s Commercial Crime Program established two investigative teams to combat international corruption. Their mandate is to uphold the provisions of the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, which focuses on one offence: bribing a foreign public official.
How can you report a suspected offence?
If you suspect a bribery-related offence has been committed, please contact the RCMP’s Anti-Corruption Unit in Ottawa (613-991-4331).

Corruption is a problem that affects all countries to some degree. While it's illegal under Canadian law for a Canadian company to bribe a foreign public official, in many countries where Canadian businesses operate, bribery is accepted as a standard practice.

Canada, is ruled by greed and corruption. Canada's Constitution, is null and void. Democracy and freedom, no longer exists. Canadian citizens, have no trust in their government, nor for the RCMP, who, break their oaths, and think nothing of it, they have no honor or credibility left. Canada, is terminally ill, because, corruption pays very well, and, governing officials, do not want to lose their cash cow. So, Canadian citizens, don't plan on, anything better from our government, or the RCMP. In all my years, I have never seen Canada sunk as low as, our country is to-day
