Montreal police arrested a man on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List at his Dorval apartment. A tip led police to Richard Steven Goldberg, 61, wanted in Long Beach, Calif. for allegedly committing sex crimes against children. Police say he had been living in the Dorval Avenue apartment complex for years after fleeing the United States in 2001. Goldberg had been using the name Terry Wayne Kearns. The arrest was the joint effort of Montreal police, the RCMP, Interpol Ottawa, Immigration Canada and authorities from the United States. SWAT team officers arrested Goldberg Saturday morning without incident, said Const. Anie Lemieux of Montreal police. He is expected to be extradited back to the U.S.
