A cure for the blues
A musician from the band Stand-by Blues gets down to business at the fourth annual West Island Blues Festival Saturday afternoon at Dollard des Ormeaux Park.
The event raised funds for the West Island Association for the Intellectually Handicapped and the West Island Black Community Association.
