Car set on fire

The arson squad is currently investigating a car fire that took place on Friday at about 11:20 p.m. in an apartment building parking lot on St. John’s Boulevard in Point Claire. According to police Station 5 Const. Liliana Bellucci, a witness saw two suspects speed off in a car after the 1988 Cadillac caught fire. With descriptions provided by the witness, the owner of the Cadillac, who lives in the apartment building, was able to provide police with two names. No arrests have been made yet, but police are still investigating.
