Twilight star visits Centennial Academy

Just as Twilight madness hit a feverous pitch with the release of the second film in the series, Centennial Academy students were treated to a very special assembly this Thursday when Rachelle Lefevre, graduate of Centennial's Class of 1996 and star of the very popular movie series, visited her alma mater.

Rachelle is also starring in the upcoming film adaptation of Mordechai Richler's Barney's Version with Paul Giamatti. Rachelle was very generous with her time and told students during the assembly what Centennial meant to her. She posed for pictures with students, signed autographs and signed her yearbook. Students were thrilled to have such a celebrity visit them and were very proud to know that Rachelle had some of the same teachers they do!
