EDMONTON - A man accused of attacking several schoolgirls in Edmonton has agreed to the Crown's case against him.
But a defence lawyer will argue May 14 that Jonathon Quinn Lewis isn't criminally responsible. An agreed statement of facts was entered into court records at a hearing Monday, though Lewis did not enter a guilty plea.
He is charged with 12 offences, including sexual assault, choking and unlawful confinement.
Lewis is accused of sexually groping a Grade 2 girl inside a washroom at an Edmonton school in 2006, along with two other attacks in 2007 - one at another school and the other in a residential front yard.
