REGINA - Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall says the fall sitting of the legislature will focus on sharing the benefits of the province's financial growth.
Wall says the government has a mix of general objectives and some very specific initiatives it wants to tackle in the session which starts Wednesday with a speech from the throne.
He says the speech will reiterate income tax breaks announced Tuesday and outline initiatives to help seniors - although the premier was tight-lipped about details.
The premier says it will be a busy session.
NDP Leader Lorne Calvert says his party needs to keep its focus and represent the people of Saskatchewan during the session.
He admits that will be a challenge since the party is also holding a leadership contest to replace Calvert, who announced last week that he was stepping down.
