TORONTO - A 16-year-old boy accused of sexually assaulting three girls in Milton, Ont., is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing Tuesday.
The boy is charged with four counts of sexual assault and one of forcible confinement. He can't be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Halton police say the assaults are alleged to have taken place between January 2007 and September 2008.
Police say the victims are teenage Milton residents who know the accused and that the public is not in any danger.
The investigation is ongoing.
