Jail-N-Bail, a fundraising event organized by the Canadian Cancer Society, will take place on Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. at Fairview Pointe Claire shopping centre.
Jail-N-Bail is based on the “arrest” of public figures in politics, business, entertainment, etc. who agree to be “incarcerated” under a bogus pretence and raise money for their “bail” by asking friends, colleagues and family to support them. Each prisoner must raise a minimum bail of $1000, all of which goes to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Jail-N-Bail is an original way for the Canadian Cancer Society to raise money in order to help fund public policy, provide information, promote healthy lifestyles, support people living with cancer and advocate for healthy public policy and cancer control.
Among the prisoners:
Don Planche, V-P Finance or marketing, PC Globe
Claude Deschamps, Propelion Internet
The public is invited to join us at Fairview Pointe Claire, on Friday, November 2nd at 2:00 p.m. to participate and support the cause.
Jail-N-Bail is an original way for the Canadian Cancer Society, a national community-based organisation of volunteers, to raise money in order to help fund public policy, provide information, promote healthy lifestyles, support people living with cancer and advocate for healthy public policy and cancer control.
