When police went to enquire why he had stopped, he showed symptoms of being under the influence. The car was also towed, and the driver’s license suspended for 30 days.
Halloween hold-up
Two suspects made off with an undetermined amount of money after robbing the cash register at a Pierrefonds restaurant last Wednesday.
The two were wearing Halloween masks and completely dressed in black when they walked into the restaurant and demanded the 40-year-old male clerk hand over all the cash. When the cashier was not moving quickly enough for the two suspects, they threatened him with a knife and jumped over the counter. They emptied all of the cash out of the register and then fled on foot.
Police are looking for two black male suspects. They are about 16 years old, five-feet-three-inches tall and weigh about 130 pounds.
