Snowmobile check

Sixty-four snowmobiles and a few all-terrain vehicles (ATV) underwent police inspection in Ile Bizard last Sunday afternoon after police received a number of related complaints. One underage snowmobile driver was caught, and two ATVs were prevented entry on a track reserved to snowmobiles. Montreal police Station 3 community relations officer Dan Maheu said these inspections will continue throughout the winter.
