The metre doesn't lie
Police have arrested two men after hydroponics equipment and marijuana plants were discovered in the Perron Street home in Pierrefonds/Roxboro they have been renting.

The homeowner made a tour of the premises Oct. 14 and discovered the Hydro Quebec-installed electric metre was spinning suspiciously quickly. "He called the police," explained Station 3 community relations officer Dan Maheu.

Officers entered the house later that evening and found the aforementioned equipment, along with the two suspects.
