This Young Achiever makes giving back to her community a way of life. Kirkland resident Sanaa was named one of the top ten students at Beaconsfield High School last year and invested a great deal of time into organizing student life activities such as a pumpkin-carving contest, school dances, the Grade 7 Activity Day and upon graduation last June, was awarded the Eric King Citizenship Award, the Bauer Bursary, the Discover the Stars Scholarship and was a finalist for the Avon Scholarship. Outside of school, Sanaa gives time to the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation, Héma-Quebec and the West Island Association for the Intellectually Handicapped. Sanaa also plays the trumpet and played badminton for her school team. Congratulations, Sanaa!
