This Young Achiever has made an incredible contribution to student and community life in the West Island. Ciera's career at Riverdale High School was an impressive one, wrote Riverdale principal Tom Rhymes. Ciera was a yearbook editor, participated in dance shows, team sports and variety shows, and served as MC for the school's Cultures in Action show, which marked Black History Month. Ciera also performed the role of Motormouth Maybell in the school's production of Hairspray last year. She's also involved outside of the classroom as well; the Ile Bizard resident is a youth representative on the executive of the West Island Black Community Association.
