Breaking the rules
RE: ‘Clearing the air on smoking ban,’ The Chronicle, Jan. 28.
It is against the law to talk on a cellphone while driving. It is also against the law to smoke in bus shelters. Yet, some people continue to do this, because they are not apprehended. So, if it is made law that people are not permitted to smoke in a car with passengers under the age of 16, will people continue to defy this law, too?
