Restaurant break-in, Station 3

A suspect left no clues behind after breaking into a restaurant on St. Charles Boulevard in Pierrefonds/Roxboro overnight on April 3, Station 3 media relations officer Dan Maheu said.

The suspect broke the back door of the restaurant and then forced the lock with an unidentified object to get in. Only money was taken.

Police are on the look-out for a white man who was last spotted wearing blue jeans, a black and blue sweater with white stripes, a dark tuque and running shoes, and carrying a Wilson-brand sports bag. He broke into the Zeller's Store on Hymus Boulevard in Pointe Claire at around 7:30 p.m. on April 4 and made off with about $20,000 in jewellery. He escaped by car.
