@ST:Hold-up ends quickly, Station 4

Police officers in Station 4, serving Dollard des Ormeaux, arrested a suspect in connection to a robbery last Sunday a little past 1 a.m.

The suspect stopped two 15-year-olds at a gas station on the corner of Sources Boulevard and took their money after threatening them.

However, his luck was short-lived. He was spotted fleeing on-foot on Brunswick Boulevard by a police patrol vehicle passing by on its way to a call elsewhere. That patroller alerted colleagues immediately, who caught the suspect

He is a 26-year-old Dollard des Ormeaux resident, said media relations officer Chantale Castonguay.
