Store robbery
Two unarmed men robbed a convenience store in Pierrefonds last week. On Oct. 12 the first suspect entered the Gouin Boulevard store at about 7:30 p.m., according to Const. Dan Maheu of Montreal Station 3. The man walked to the wine fridge and asked the cashier for help. The clerk, an 18-year-old Pierrefonds man, went to give him a hand and when he returned to his cash, the other suspect was waiting. The man, who was unarmed, demanded that the employee hand over cash, cigarettes and lottery tickets. The cashier complied and the suspects fled on foot west on Gouin, Maheu said. Police are looking for two English-speaking men of Middle Eastern descent, who both stand about 6-foot-1 and weigh around 200 pounds, he added.
