Gaëtane Lemieux and Monic Fournier, members of the Dorval Artists’ Association present their paintings in a joint exhibition in the Dorval Municipal Library during the month of November 2011.
Each artist will display 12 of paintings in oil, pastel, acrylic and mixed media. Visitors to the exhibition will see a wide range of subjects in the paintings of these talented artists.
Monic developed her talent during a course she took in drawing portraits in charcoal and pastel and then in another course with live models. She will display a variety of landscape and portrait paintings. Using vibrant colour, Gaëtane’s work explores several themes influenced by the world around her.
