Pierrfonds Continues to Break Quebec Law With Impunity

If Pierrefonds' Mayor and Council refuse to comply with Quebec law, why should Pierrefonds' residents/businesses comply with Pierrefonds'by-laws?

Pierrefonds' residents should really write to Mayor Worth and encourage that Pierrefonds abide by the Cities and Towns Act mworth@ville.montreal.qc.ca
